Mar 19, 2016 As for broadcasting with Serato DJ, the software doesn’t make things easy like Traktor Pro 2 or Virtual DJ, which have built-in broadcast features. At the gig, set up your gear as normal, then use an RCA to 1/8″ cable to connect the controller’s booth output to your computer audio jack. Mar 03, 2015 Serato Scratch Live or Serato DJ? It's obvious that Serato would like to see all Serato Scratch Live users make the switch to their current software Serato DJ.

I have had the TTM 57 now for about 2 weeks and have been experiencing some problems with the mixer freezing. I am running a fairly new Toshiba laptop with i3 DC processor and 4 gigs RAM. Usually about 30 min into a session the mixer will freeze up and the audio signals to the mixer cut out, almost like it disconnects itself from the software. After turning the mixer off and then back on it seems to fix the problem, at least for the time being until it happens again a half an hour later. I have tried raising the buffer setting and it seems to have no effect. There has also been a couple instances where I have left to take a break for 10 minutes or so and come back to the mixer being frozen. I have read in another post that it could be a BIOS issue with my laptop, which I am not familiar with on how to update. Wondering if it could be some settings on my computer or in SL that need to be tweaked? Hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this problem. Thank you for your time.
